Our services regularly have a recurring monthly payment. You can also pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually with a discount included in your purchase (at the time of contracting the service, ask about our payment options in these periods).

If you are in Venezuela, Colombia or Mexico you can pay in your local currency without problems. In the rest of the countries, the payment is in American dollars.

Yes! Our service allows you scalability and flexibility. In the event that you wish to withdraw a service, you must notify one (1) month in advance.

Through the web interface of the Global Data Center platform, you can access to your operational services information such as private virtual servers or dedicated servers.

The self-service modality allows clients manage their information, so the first-level support area does not have access to the information.

The client will receive service level agreements (SLA) once the service activation is performed. Incidents are categorized: low, medium and critical.
